Welcome to my webpage. My research areas are the calculus of variations, elliptic PDEs and geometric measure theory. I am interested in the uniqueness, regularity, and qualitative properties of solutions to minimization problems in the calculus of variations or elliptic PDEs.

I work in the Institut de recherche en mathématique et physique (IRMP) of the UC Louvain as a Postdoctoral researcher under the supervision of Heiner Olbermann.

My Ph.D. was defended in July 2023 and supervised by Pierre Bousquet at the Institut de Mathématiques de Toulouse.

Current research:

  • Gamma convergence of currents, Lavrentiev phenomenon, Regularity of the solutions of degenerate elliptic PDEs.
  • Interacting phase fields yielding phase separation on surfaces, with Roberta Marziani & Heiner Olbermann.
  • Absence of Lavrentiev's phenomenon for multidimensional non-autonomous functionals, with Michał Borowski, Pierre Bousquet, Iwona Chlebicka & Błażej Miasojedow.
  • Pre-print:

  • A uniqueness result for two-dimensional variational problem, Accepted in the Annales de l'institut Fourier (2023).
